Our customer in India has ordered 5 sets vacuum feeder from us for lifting rice flour to the next machine. Because the customer requires the whole process must be dust-free and in line with food-grade hygiene, we choose vacuum conveyor.
This production line:
Firstly, at the beginning of production line, the processed fresh rice is crushed by a grinder to produce rice flour. Secondly, one of the vacuum conveyors lifts the crushed flour into a five-meter-high store tank, and then discharged to a mixer, where they will mix with other powders. Finally, the remaining four sets vacuum conveyor will transfer the powder to the next production line, such as packaging machine, vibrating screen, round vibrating sieve, extruder machine, etc.

Next, the fully sealed conveying process eliminates dust pollution and harm to the working environment, the surrounding environment and the operator.
