We were glad to recently welcome a valued customer from New Zealand and his colleague from Hong Kong to our factory, where they had the opportunity to review our dust-free small bag tipping station equipment in person. The visit was a significant moment for both teams, as it allowed us to showcase the superior quality and functionality of our machinery.

The customer company is in the food industry and he wants to use our bag dumping station for their food powder, like milk powder, protein powder, colostrum, etc. Customers have high requirements for surface treatment of equipment. When they visited our bag tipping station, they were very satisfied with its weld treatment, appearance and performance. And they are also ready to order supporting equipment such as vacuum conveyors, screw conveyors and ribbon mixers. The client also gave us gifts they had specially brought from New Zealand before leaving.

The feedback from our New Zealand client was overwhelmingly positive. Additionally, the client appreciated the personalized tour of our factory. And thet got a closer look at our full range of mechanical equipment, including our vibrating screens. They were particularly impressed by the surface treatment of the equipment as well as the size of our plant.
