The third-party testing company came to our company for inspecting KPZS1230-2F linear vibrating screen on 21th, March, which entrusted by one of our Indonesia customer.

This special designed linear vibrating screen is used for separating twig tobacco materials, the shape of raw materials is uncommon and difficult to separating through general sieves, before production our engineer did a lot of experiments, we made various test sieves on a small testing machine, such as: woven mesh, bar type mesh, “T” Type mesh, punched type, We bought some most similar raw materials of anise branch as the testing materials in our market.

Finally we choose Bar type sieve of rectangle vibrating screen as the first deck to remove out stones and big size impurity, woven mesh as the second deck to remove out dust. The Testing was smooth and successful.

This bar type sieve is good at clove, twig tobacco, and other long shape materials.
