A few months ago, we successfully exported a carbon steel linear vibrating screen to the Philippines for bottom ash screening in a local waste of power plant. Recently, the client shared a on-site photo and provided highly positive feedback regarding the equipment's quality and performance.

This linear vibrating sieve is designed with a single deck, specifically to remove large waste materials, such as stones, from bottom ash. To optimize material flow and production efficiency, the screen is set at a 3° incline, facilitating smooth discharge. The inlet and outlet ports were customized to a round shape as per the client’s requirements, enabling seamless integration with the upstream and downstream screw conveyors, forming a streamlined, continuous process.

Before upgrading to our equipment, the client was using a simple screen without a dust cover, relying on manual feeding. It resulted in significant dust flying and a polluted working environment. Our fully enclosed vibrating screen has drastically minimized dust dispersion, greatly improving the site’s air quality. Additionally, the automatic feeding function of the screw conveyor has reduced labor intensity for workers, making production safer and cleaner.
