We are pleased to announce that a customized airflow sieve designed for a Spanish client has been successfully manufactured. This specialized equipment is tailored to separate trichoderma fungus from rice, showcasing our expertise in providing custom solutions for diverse industry needs.

To meet the client’s specific requirements, the sieve was designed with a large-diameter feed inlet, allowing greater quantities of rice to be put in each batch. This enhancement not only increases screening efficiency but also reduces loading time. Additionally, a rotary valve was installed below the feed inlet to enable automated, slow feeding, and minimizing manual intervention.

In addition, the discharge outlet was also customized to match the client's production line. Its height was increased to ensure that the screened material could be directly collected into 20kg barrels. This thoughtful design improves handling efficiency, and streamlines the overall workflow.
