This is our latest production of custom big bag unloading station. This unloading station is exported to France. It's used for fine dried onion powder and dried onion skins and dried onion flakes or other dried vegetables.

The bag unloading station has a horizontal screw conveyor and an inclined screw conveyor with hopper at the bottom. The horizontal screw conveyor is used to evenly transfer the material in the big bag to the customer's downstream equipment - the metal hopper. The inclined screw conveyor with hopper is used for the dumping and conveying of 25 kg small bags of material. Both screw conveyors are U-shaped and the lid is locked with a quick clamps to facilitate customer repair and cleaning of the screw. All covers include proximity safety sensors, and if the cover is opened, the screw stops turning to protect the worker's safety.
